Austin Health is recognised as a national leader in the delivery of clinical and allied health services and provides the only statewide service for acute spinal injuries, liver transplant and child psychiatry. We have extensive opportunities for allied health clinicians to work in a variety of roles - across acute and sub-acute wards, mental health, aged care, rehabilitation, ambulatory services, as well as many roles in community based services.

About our Allied Health Division
The Allied Health Division at Austin Health comprises professionals from a variety of disciplines who work across all campuses. All units provide services to our patients in the community.
Our allied health professionals use a consumer-centred approach and have a professional ethos based on a strong culture of evidence-based practice, robust clinical governance and personal accountability for quality improvement and life-long continuing professional development.
Our team is qualified to:
- support and enable diagnosis of health conditions
- provide interventions to maintain and optimise the physical, social and mental wellbeing of the community
- play a critical role in the management of chronic disease and improving quality of life.
