The Aboriginal Employment Plan sets out Austin Health’s planned, clear and measurable actions to increase Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment, strengthen career pathways and embed cultural safety as defined by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across Austin Health, with leaders held accountable through defined governance, reporting and performance expectations
