Ward 5 West provides care to patients under Respiratory Medicine, Victorian Respiratory Support Service, Infectious Diseases, General Medicine 4, and other medical/surgical outliers. We have a 30 bed ward, which includes the 4 bed Respiratory High Dependency Unit and a 2 bed Sleep Laboratory for complex ventilation studies. 

We are looking for a dynamic Administration Clerk with excellent interpersonal skills and experience using Office 365 and Windows applications.

 

A regular day will see you:

  • Supporting our multidisciplinary team to deliver best care
  • Assisting with admission/discharge workflows
  • Answering telephones
  • Communicating with visitors, patients and staff
  • Performing administrative duties such as filing, document preparation, ordering, etc.

 

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Able to listen to others
  • Desire to help
  • Friendly and kind interpersonal style
