About the Access, Critical Care, Imaging and Ambulatory Services Division
The Access, Critical Care, Imaging and Ambulatory Services (ACIA) Division is a large clinical operational division at Austin Health including the following departments: Emergency, Intensive Care, Radiology, Molecular Imaging & Therapy, Specialist Clinics, Ambulatory Care Centre, Hospital in the Home, Virtual Care, Bed Management, Non-Emergency Transport.
About the role
This is a critical administration support role to support the operational efficiency of the ACIA Divisional Director and Divisional Manager roles.
A regular day will see you:
- Complex diary management
- Coordination and facilitation of divisional operational meetings
- Administrative point of contact for ACIA Division
- Broad range of administration / office management tasks
About you
As the ACIA Personal Assistant, you will be someone who has excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to supporting excellence in patient care. You’ll bring energy and drive to your work and have a keen interest in developing your skillset.
To be successful in this role you’ll bring with you:
- Previous personal assistant experience
- Commitment to digitally advanced administrative work practices
