- AM Shifts 10:00-16:00 (6-hour shifts) – Rotating Roster over 4 weeks

About the Mellor Ward
Mellor Ward is a 32-bed inpatient unit providing intensive rehabilitation services to patients from Austin Health and the wider community. The ward delivers specialised rehabilitation care for individuals recovering from neurological events, orthopaedic surgery, amputation, and other major surgical and medical procedures.
Mellor Ward also manages patients requiring Geriatric evaluation and management.
About the role
The role involves, a wide range of tasks including food service delivery, cleaning, patient movement and other general duties as per the Position Description linked below.
We will provide a comprehensive onboarding process and orientation to the role, supported by our PSA and nursing team.
A regular day will see you:
- Work collaboratively with our team of PSA staff and nurses.
- Maintain our ward environment to a high cleaning standard.
- Provide meals and refreshments with excellent customer service
