• Grade 4 Occupational Therapist - Workforce & Acute Services Stream Leader 

• Full-time, fixed term until January 2027 (parental leave backfill)

• $138,928.40 annual salary depending on classification level, salary packaging, 5 weeks annual leave

About you  

You will be someone who has excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care. You have a keen interest in workforce planning, recruitment and development. You’ll bring energy and drive to your work and have a passion for growing your skillset.

• Extensive clinical experience in assessment, treatment and goal setting of highly complex client groups.    

• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire others.

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
