The OT is an integral member of the team, assessing clients and arranging ongoing equipment and service needs. You will also advise the complex care managers about ongoing support that our clients may need.

A regular day will see you:

  • Consulting with the HIP care managers about their client needs.
  • Advising the post-acute care team about post discharge needs of clients
