About the role
Based in the outpatient’s hand therapy team at Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital, you will provide evidence-based service delivery to clients with traumatic, chronic and post-operative conditions affecting their hand function. This role will join our collaborative and welcoming team where you'll have the opportunity to work in a supportive culture where high-quality supervision and on-the-job skills training are priority, enabling you to excel in your role and continue your professional growth.
A regular day will see you:
- Deliver excellent clinical care: You will complete person-centred assessments and interventions to achieve positive patient outcomes in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Participate in quality supervision and training: You will receive routine clinical supervision and have access to quality teaching from experienced staff. You will be supported to deliver clinical supervision and training to grade 1 OT staff.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture that prioritises wellbeing and personal growth
- Contribute to continuous improvement: Collaborate on research, quality improvement or clinical education initiatives your service area, under the guidance of a leadership team that pushes boundaries to deliver exceptional patient care.
