About the ENT/Head & Neck Department 

The ENT/Head and Neck, is part of the Division of Surgery, Anaesthesia and Procedural Medicine. It is responsible for the provision of services within the specialty to patients across Austin Health, which is situated at Austin Hospital and Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital.   

 

The Head of Unit is Mr Matthew Campbell. 

  

The Unit is committed to the provision of high quality patient care and maintains an ongoing commitment to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching that includes Medical Students, Postgraduate Nurses, Hospital Medical Officers, Registrars and many others. 

 

About the Role: 

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and enthusiastic medical practitioners to join our team as ENT Head & Neck Fellow.   

 

The ENT Head & Neck Fellow position is aligned to the entire ENT Unit and not attached to any single subunit. The priority for this position is to assist the Accredited Registrars and the rest of the team run the ENT /Head & Neck service efficiently and effectively across two campuses (Austin and Repatriation Hospitals).  

 

About You:

To be successful in this role you must: 

  • Demonstrate a commitment to the Austin Health values. 
  • Be able to be registered in Australia with the Medical Board of Australia 
  • Demonstrated interest, and appropriate training and experience in the field of ENT Head & Neck Surgery.
