About the Molecular Imaging and Therapy department
The Molecular Imaging and Therapy department is the largest of its kind in the state of Victoria, and has an international reputation for clinical service provision, training and research.
About the role
This Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) position in the Department of Molecular Imaging and Therapy (MIT) is responsible for the coordination of oncology clinical trials within the Department of MIT. The role involves coordination and scheduling of study participant visits and procedures, collection of clinical and study specific data, and maintaining site essential documents as per ICH GCP as well as Austin Policies.
The role is full-time but 4 days per week part-time will be considered for the right candidate.

About you
As the Clinical Research Coordinator, you will be someone who has excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care. You’ll bring energy and drive to your work, and have a keen interest in developing your skillset.
To be successful in this role you’ll bring with you:
- Degree/Honours/Masters qualification in relevant field (eg. Science or Nursing)
- An ability to work autonomously and part of a team
- An appropriate level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training or professional accreditation in planning and conducting clinical trials
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- Demonstrates independent judgement and initiative
