  • Based in Heidelberg
  • 1x ADO per month
  • Open to Mental Health Professionals with following qualification: Registered Nurse (Div1), Clinical Psychologist, Social Work, Occupational Therapist 
  • Member of the North East Area Mental Health Service (NEAMHS) Continuing Care Service

CCS is a multidisciplinary team of highly passionate, experienced, supportive, collaborative and enthusiastic mental health professionals. Our values underpin everything we do. You will form solid working-relationships within the pre-existing community teams, and foster strong therapeutic relationships with your clients. We support rehabilitation goals through the use of best evidence-based frameworks and assertive case management.

 

Your contribution:

  • You are a team player with a commitment to quality client care
  • Excellent MSE and Risk Assessment skills 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant mental health setting - including acute inpatient experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of recovery and collaborative clinical practice.
  • A working knowledge of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Act (2022), the Carer Recognition Act (2012), and Chief Psychiatrists Guidelines
