About the Mental Health Division

The Mental Health Division forms part of Austin Health. It provides a comprehensive range of child, adolescent and adult mental health services to the areas of northeast metro Melbourne along with inter-regional and statewide specialist services, which are provided on both an inpatient basis and in community settings. The Mental Health Division is strongly committed to providing recovery-oriented services by providing holistic, compassionate care and offering partnership in recovery. 

 

About the role

We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team within the Adult and older Adult Mental Health Service working predominately at the Austin Campus but may be required to cover other campuses (Royal Talbot & Repat) with advanced notice. This is a front facing customer service role engaging with our consumers, as well as providing administrative support to our clinical teams. As the Administrative Officer, you will be someone who has excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to excellence. You’ll bring energy and drive to your work and have a keen interest in developing your skillset.
